Exquisite food at Møllerup Gods
In the middle of the beautiful, historic manor idyll, Møllerup Gods offers two wonderful ways to make your ballet experience even more memorable.

Start the evening with a refined gourmet dinner in stately surroundings at Hubertus Kroen – or extend the magic with an atmospheric long table dinner after the performance, where conversations and flavors are allowed to unfold.

Inn atmosphere or delicious sushi in Tisvildeleje
In the beautiful seaside resort of Tisvildeleje, you can enjoy the summer atmosphere with a lovely 3-course ballet menu at the cozy Tisvilde Kro as a delicious prelude to this year’s performance.

You can also enjoy special ballet sushi at the city’s hip Restaurant Umai, from where you can stroll to Sankt Helene School for ballet like you’ve never seen it before.

Veal cutlet, coffee and guns – Sølyst by Øresund
At Sølyst, the Royal Shooting Range in Klampenborg, a very special atmosphere awaits. Here, where Øresund sparkles on the horizon and history is written on the walls, the fantastic kitchen serves a delicious 2-course ballet menu in the bright and elegant living rooms.

If you prefer to enjoy the park, you can sit under the trees with a picnic box filled with sliders and other goodies. During the break, enjoy hot coffee and sweets before the second act takes over.

Sweet treats at beautiful Fjordenhus

This year, Vejle’s new sweet meeting place café Vanila Harbour will be open both before and during the performance on the quay right next to the seating area. Here, visitors can indulge in their famous chocolate, seductive cakes and pastries. Wine lovers are also in for a treat as the café also sells fine wines. Arrive early and enjoy both cake and art at Fjordenhus.

Amazing food trucks and local delicacies.
At several of our locations, visitors can be tempted by various wonderful food trucks with local specialties. In Sylt you can enjoy cold bubbles, oysters and a pretzel, and in Tisvilde local players are ready with Danish summer delights.
